Review and Tasting

Sampled on 03/02/2013

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Like walking into an old-fashioned sweet shop with the smell of icing sugar in the air. Very faint whiff of sulphur and cardamom.

Taste:

Slightly sweet and very fruity with green apple skin, apple pie and a peppery cinnamon spice tingle.

Aftertaste:

Long cinnamon and stewed apple finish. Be warned more than a wee splash of water will drown this sweetie.
