Appearance:
Clear, pale golden.
Aroma:
Incredibly pungent with fruity esters, delicate spice and cooked apple juice.
Taste:
Dry and estery with potent spice.
Aftertaste:
Long estery finish. A great mixing rum, particularly for Rum Punches but not a sipper.
