Appearance:

(sample best before 03-Aug-13) Cloudy, deep coppery amber with thin off-white head.

Aroma:

Herbal citrusy hops – orange and grapefruit zest with doughy bready malt.

Taste:

Citrus hop led with but in balance with yeasty brown bready malty base and herbal notes – hops are more subdued than many a IPA.

Aftertaste:

Lightly spiced doughy bread.
