Floral and citrusy hops with underlying malt strangely reminiscent of marmite covered toast (surly a good thing?). Light caramel and faint pear skin. |
Taste |
Medium bodied, lightly malty with moderately bitter citrus and pine hops, candied citrus peel. |
Aftertaste |
Pleasantly bitter citrusy hops with lingering floral flavours. |
Overall |
Citrusy hop led but delicately so with underlying toasty malt and faint floral notes. |
