Appearance:

Clear, deep tawny red amber.

Aroma:

Pungent, black strap molasses, stewed prunes and raisons with cherry and orange zest. Slightly smoky with faint struck match.

Taste:

Earthy cherry, orange juice and zest, prunes and raisins with smoky and burnt oak.

Aftertaste:

Smoky black strap molasses and cracked black pepper.
