Appearance:

Clear, light to mid-golden amber.

Aroma:

Creamy vanilla custard, tarte tatin, lemon zest, leather with salty donuts frying and meadow flowers.

Taste:

Spicy, buttery vanilla, custard cream biscuits, lemon sponge cake and delicate smoke.

Aftertaste:

Buttery creamy custard, dried fruit and caramel with lingering lightly smoky spice and subtle saltyness.
