Appearance:
Clear, deep golden amber.
Aroma:
Waxy leather with light pear fruit, caramel and faint smoke. Water exposes barley notes.
Taste:
Citrus zest, smoke and chewy buttery oak with dark chocolate. Water amplifies salty sweetness and wonderfully delicate spice.
Aftertaste:
Buttery shortcake.
