Review and Tasting

Sampled on 05/12/2013

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Slightly mouldy melon, apple and peach (but in an endearing way) with linseed oil and subtle spice.

Taste:

Fruity peach and pear sweetness balanced by spicy alcohol attack.

Aftertaste:

Green grape notes bust out at the start of the relatively short finish with spice then smoothing oiliness. There’s plenty of character and a touch of fire to this traditionally styled grappa.
