Appearance:

Clear, coppery amber.

Aroma:

Red apple, coal tar, seaside air and smoked kippers.

Taste:

Sweet fresh apple, plum jam, coal tar, coal smoke and kippers. The merest splash of water opens, amplifying sweet dried fruityness.

Aftertaste:

Peat, coal tar, orange marmalade, floral notes and warm black pepper spice.
