Appearance:

Clear, coppery golden amber with bright golden glints.

Aroma:

Wonderfully fruity with peach, dried peach, plums, plump sultanas and leather with very light spice.

Taste:

Plump sultanas, fruit cake, grilled almond and buttery vanilla with mild cinnamon spiced oak.

Aftertaste:

Burnt currants, caramel and nutmeg.
