Launched in June 2017 (originally 28% alc./vol.), Bloom Strawberry Cup is made by steeping fresh English strawberries in Bloom London dry gin. Bloom Strawberry Cup is designed to be served mixed as a long drink with lemonade or as a cocktail ingredient.

BLOOM STRAWBERRY CUP
Serves 4
Add ice and 4 strawberries quartered into a jug or pitcher
Pour in 200ml Bloom Strawberry Cup
Top up with 400ml lemonade

BLOOM STRAWBERRY CUP FIZZ
Serves 1
50ml Bloom Strawberry Cup
Top with Prosecco or Champagne and serve in a chilled champagne flute

Appearance:

Clear, deep scarlet red.

Aroma:

Fresh ripe strawberries, tinned strawberries, raspberry jam and biscuity vanilla with delicate peppery spice and faint botanical aromas.

Taste:

Surprisingly spicy with rich strawberry jam and fresh strawberries. Underlying gin notes bring balance and fortifying complexity.

Aftertaste:

Tart, dry strawberry and raspberry jam with light peppery spice.

Overall:

Designed to be mixed with 2 parts lemonade for a refreshing strawberry flavoured summery but we’d recommend also adding a splash of gin.
