Review and Tasting

Sampled on 08/10/2011

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Sherry influence is very evident on an inviting honeyed butterscotch, oil rubbed old leather nose. Slight box of Swan Vesta matches aromas.

Taste:

Dried fruit with tart baked apple, Indian spice, cocoa, bitter espresso coffee, citrus and honeycomb.

Aftertaste:

Medium length toasted finish with more fudge and caramelised orange.
