Made from 98% Palomino & 2% Pedro Ximenez. Part of Harveys “super premium” range of sherries with certified age: Vinum Optimum Rare Signatum (V.O.R.S.) certificate from Consejo Regulador Jerez for sherries over 30 years old, in the case of Harveys, matured in soleras founded more than 100 years ago.

Appearance:
Clear, deep mahogany copper amber.
Aroma:
Nutty, pecan, prunes, sultanas and raisins with marzipan and faint mocha coffee.
Taste:
Richly flavoured with balancing drying spice and acidy. Caramelised sugar, fruit cake, roasted nuts and citrus zest.
Aftertaste:
Sultanas, fruit cake, toasty nuts and candied orange peel.
