Wild Hop Amber Beer is brewed with Pale Ale, Malted Wheat and Acidified Malts and hopped with locally gathered fresh Wild and Garden hops including Fuggles, Goldings, Bramling Cross and Sovereign. Adnams use Saison yeast in addition to their ‘house’ Adnams yeast.

In September 2014, Adnams asked the public to donate wild and garden hops, and to report any locally growing wild hops they knew of. The hops gathered as a result of the appeal were used to make this limited seasonal beer.
