Appearance:
(sample best before end Nov/15) Clear, deep coppery amber with a thin but retentive ivory coloured head.
Aroma:
Light floral hops with sourdough and nuts.
Taste:
Good brown bready malt, caramelised toffee with lightly bitter grapefruit and pine hops.
Aftertaste:
Bready finish with lingering lightly bitter hops.
