Appearance:

(sample bottle certificate No. 5083) Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Wonderfully aromatic. Overripe plum, figs and galia melon with maraschino cherry and light white pepper.

Taste:

Perhaps ripe plum with a touch of maraschino cherry and grilled almond enlivened by light spirituous spice.

Aftertaste:

Long finish of plum, maraschino and almond.

Overall:

The fruit's stone brings maraschino and almond notes to this complex and aromatic plum eau-de-vie.
