Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Freshly sawn oak, pencil shavings and cinnamon with baked apple and red apple skin.

Taste:

Youthful dry oak dominates with black pepper and cinnamon spice. There’s a faint smokiness to the oak.

Aftertaste:

Dry, spicy young oak with black pepper and cinnamon spice. faintly smoky.

Overall:

Over exuberant youthful oak over dominates this apple brandy.
