Aroma:

Mineral flinty, hot pavement after rain notes with subdued quinine.

Taste:

Clean and dry with mild quinine bitterness. Faint lemon.

Aftertaste:

Mild but cleansing quinine bitterness.

Overall:

‘Light’ in terms of sugar but also mouthfeel – not syrupy. Clean and dry with mild quinine bitterness.
