Appearance:
Clear, mid golden amber.
Aroma:
Oil paint, pencil shavings, vanilla cake and apricot jam.
Taste:
Oloroso sherry, dried apricot, bitter orange marmalade and dry oak tannins with faint sulphur.
Aftertaste:
Dry oak tannins, sherry, marmalade and faint smokiness.
Overall:
Dry oaky tannins and sherry dominate with orange marmalade and dried apricot.
