Review and Tasting

Sampled on 12/10/2015

Appearance:

Clear, deep russet amber.

Aroma:

Malty caramel with raisin – almost Christmas cake fruit.

Taste:

Full-bodied, bittersweet and wonderfully malty with grassy hops.

Aftertaste:

Hops emerge fading with light piney and grassy bitterness.

Overall:

Malty on the palate and hoppy on the finish.
