Clear golden amber.
Heady, full-bodied, eaux de vie complexity with cognac and green pine sappy notes.
Perfumed intensity, with pear skin, ripe pear flesh, and poached pear, with caramelized pastry and underlying cognac character.
Long, complex and integrated finish continues pear intensity and fades with caramelized pastry.
