Aroma:
Pastry and yeast with blanched almond, lemongrass and hazelnut.
Taste:
Creamy mouthfeel with well-balanced citrus acidity, meaty and biscuity notes, and faint ripe strawberry.
Aftertaste:
Pastry, nuts and lingering lemony acidity.
Overall:
