Sierra Nevada say they “use the malt within days of roasting at the peak of its flavour to give Tumbler a gracefully smooth malt character.” It is made with Two-row Pale, Crystal, Chocolate & Smoked malts, ale yeast, Challenger bittering hops and Challenger and Yakima Goldings finishing hops.

Appearance:

Clear, dark red-brown with a long lasting beige head.

Aroma:

Strong, alluring roasted, toasty grain nose with yeast extract and hop aromas.

Taste:

Wonderful roasted grain, well toasted bread palate with caramel sweetness, slight nuttiness and cleansing pine hop flavours.

Aftertaste:

Hop notes build through the nutty, coffee finish.
