Appearance:
Clear, golden amber.
Aroma:
Blackened fruitcake, cream-of-soda vanilla, butterscotch and sherry with clove and dark chocolate. More clove and apple pie with water.
Taste:
Sherry drenched fruitcake, vanilla and dry heavily toasted oak with apple pie, clove and black pepper spice.
Aftertaste:
Fruitcake, black pepper and clove.
Overall:
Blackened fruitcake and apple pie fruitiness, rich sherry vanilla and butterscotch, balanced by dry toasty oak, clove and black pepper spice.
