Appearance:

(sample bottle best before 03/Sep/16) Clear, rust red with short lived white head.

Aroma:

Red apple, plum jam, orange blossom water and orange zest.

Taste:

Plum wine with strong orange blossom and sweet boiled sweets (hard candy) with dried strawberry and red apple.

Aftertaste:

Orchard fruits, jammy, boiled sweets.

Overall:

Jammy fruit with candied sweetness.
