Appearance:
Clear, coppery amber with bronze flecks.
Aroma:
Bready with piney juniper, cinnamon, mocha, thyme and grassy scents.
Taste:
Lightly cinnamon spiced bready maltiness with piney juniper, vanilla and caramel.
Aftertaste:
Light spice and herbal breadiness with faint piney juniper.
Overall:
Lightly spicy and bready with piney juniper. A genever to appeal to whisky drinkers.
