Presented in a squeezy bottle with a re-sealable flip-top lid, Reàl Raspberry is infused with Willamette and Glen Clova raspberries from America's Pacific Northwest. Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening.

Appearance:

(sample tested BBE Nov/17) Thick – coats and clings to inside of glass. Opaque, reddy-purple.

Aroma:

Raspberry jam and bakewell tart.

Taste:

Slight sweetness balanced by tart fruit acidity. More reminiscent of cooked raspberry than fresh raspberry.

Aftertaste:

Lingering raspberry jam.

Overall:

Convenience of use and a long shelf-life coupled with good raspberry flavour, albeit jammy, makes Real Raspberry Puree an attractive option for cocktail use.
