Brewed with English malts and Cascade, Centennial and locally grown Fuggles hops. Launched in 330 cans in January 2017.
As for the name, the brewery is named after the nearby Hog’s Back ridge in Surrey where they say “on a clear day, you can see London.” The brewers also add, “Although Surrey is not that remote, it feels like brewing on the wilder side of the capital, in “London’s Outback”.

(sample can best before 26/05/17) Clear, golden amber with retentive thick off-white head and good lacing.
Zesty grapefruit, ruby red oranges and grassy hops.
Dry and citrusy with floral notes and light white bread crust maltiness.
Long, dry, pleasing hoppy finish.
Dry with assertive citrusy and floral hops.
