This 100% Cabernet Franc dessert wine has been made by allowing fully ripened grapes to freeze on the vines and harvesting them in temperatures of -10°C. The grapes are then pressed to produce extremely concentrated juice.

Appearance:

Clear, deep cherry red.

Aroma:

Raspberry, cherry tart, stewed rhubarb with vanilla.

Taste:

Sweet raspberry, stewed rhubarb and rich honey with tart red currants and partially balancing acidity.

Aftertaste:

Long finish.

Overall:

Intense sweet raspberry and stewed rhubarb fruit with rich honey, tart red currants and partially balancing acidity.
