Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Soapy, vanilla, potpourri, clean hamster cage and blanched almond with white pepper.

Taste:

Creamy mouthfeel with pronounced bitter lavender floral notes, eucalyptus, tangerine peel, almond and black pepper.

Aftertaste:

White pepper spice, juniper and lavender.

Overall:

A most unusual gin from Switzerland with pronounced bitter lavender.
