Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Piney juniper with faint overripe banana, delicate spice and faint citrus.

Taste:

Soft piney juniper, mild peppery spice and lemon citrus with underlying sweet berry fruitiness.

Aftertaste:

Citrus notes are more pronounced in the piney, lightly black pepper spiced finish.

Overall:

Clean and fresh throughout. A soft mouthfeel with dry piney juniper and delicate sweet berry fruitiness leads to a cleansing peppery spiced finish.
