Aroma:

Clean and fresh. Zesty lemon and quinine.

Taste:

Clean and quite subtle in flavour compared to other tonic waters with subdued quinine, zesty lemon and minerality. High carbonation.

Aftertaste:

Lightly bitter with lingering quinine.

Overall:

Subtle in flavour compared to other diet tonic waters – perhaps to allow gin to shine.
