Made with Chase Vodka infused with Ethiopian coffee beans and then redistilled in a copper gin still. Chase then cold brew, chill filter and then blend more coffee with the distillate before adding a touch of dark muscovado sugar.

(sample bottle Third batch No. 2334 of 3500) Clear, deep golden amber.
Pungent dark roasted coffee beans and bitter cacao.
Slight muscovado sugar sweetness on entry balances lightly bitter coffee beans and dark chocolate with peppery spice. Faint black cherry fruitiness.
Dark roasted coffee beans, bitter chocolate and white pepper spice with faint lingering vanilla and white chocolate.
Like a good espresso coffee this vodka has a bitterness which balances subtle rich muscovado. Punchy flavours of dark roasted coffee beans and bitter cacao. Espresso Martini anyone?
