The result of four years of trials and testing, this amaro, sweetened with Sardinian honey, is so named due to the long 150-day production process.

Appearance:

(sample bottle No. A50219) Clear, deep amber.

Aroma:

Herbal barks and roots with caramel, vanilla fudge and liquorice.

Taste:

Bittersweet, complex and herbal. Assertive bitterness smoothed with rich caramel, vanilla fudge and subtle liquorice.

Aftertaste:

Long bitter and lightly spicy finish.

Overall:

Rich caramel and vanilla fudge mellow this bitter liqueur which has very complex herbal flavours.
