G1 is the first gin from Withers Gin, a family business founded in 2020 by gin enthusiast Sarah Withers. GI's recipe was developed by Sarah with guidance from Ed Gibson, Head Distiller at The Bond Street Distillery.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Spicy piney juniper with zesty citrus freshness and faint violet blossom.

Taste:

Cleansing black pepper spice, pronounced juniper with faint overripe banana notes, and zesty citrus.

Aftertaste:

Parma violet emerges in the long lightly pepper spiced finish.

Overall:

Classically London Dry in style and beautifully balanced.
