Released in March 2020 and inspired by Cotswolds' meadows, this floral gin is distilled with cornflowers, lavender and orange alongside Cotswold classic botanicals.

Appearance:

Clear, crimson red.

Aroma:

Fragrant orange blossom and piney juniper with potpourri and jasmine.

Taste:

Dry but with sweet notes. Zesty orange and piney juniper with pronounced lavender, rose and a zingy peppery spice.

Aftertaste:

Bitter-sweet marmalade and enlivening spice with lingering floral notes.

Overall:

A floral gin with assertive zesty bitter orange marmalade. Both the colour and some aspects of the flavour are reminiscent of Italian bitter liqueurs and indeed this gin is brilliantly suited to a Negroni cocktail.
