Appearance:

Clear, deep amber.

Aroma:

Dried fruits, nuts, citrus zest and Indian spice mix.

Taste:

Bittersweet with zesty citrus, woody herbs balanced by sweet white grape juice with dried fruit, delicate spice and a faint balsamic note.

Aftertaste:

Herbal caramel finish with faint spice.

Overall:

Herbal woody bitterness balanced by rich, almost honeyed white fruit with enlivening zesty citrus, delicate spice and salivating delicate balsamic notes.
