Made from silky smooth spring water sourced from Elmhurst spring in Staffordshire, England, Fever-Tree sought to create a soda water with the perfect minerality and an energising high level of carbonation.

Appearance:

Crystal clear with streams of rising bubbles from carbonation.

Aroma:

Perhaps a faint chalky minerality.

Taste:

Crisp bright invigorating carbonation bites through soft minerality with very faint salinity.

Aftertaste:

Faintly salty minerality.

Overall:

You may be sceptical of what makes this soda water "Premium" but it is! Hard to make do with drinking plain simple water when you can have added soft minerality and invigorating carbonation.
