Review and Tasting

Sampled on 08/08/2011

Appearance:

Clear, chestnut brown with moderate off-white head.

Aroma:

Malty, almost raw bloody beef with minimal hop aromas.

Taste:

A full-bodied malty palate which lacks the alcohol and hops usually associated with the title IPA. This is a sessionable ale with mild bitterness.

Aftertaste:

Pleasant delicately bitter, relatively short.
