Old Brigand is made from pot and column distilled rums blended before and after ageing. Although this rum has no age statement it is considered to be a five-year-old.

Appearance:
Clear, golden amber.
Aroma:
Toffee-apple with floral honeysuckle, vanilla, oak and the merest whiff of clove spice.
Taste:
Dry, buttery whisky-orange-marmalade with vanilla, aged cider and cinnamon spice.
Aftertaste:
Spiced, vanilla, barley water-like finish. Very dry with lingering old leather.
