Re-launched in the US in January 2011 after an absence of 28 years, the number '354' refers to the number on Early Times distillery's federal permit. Built in 1860 by Jack Beam (Jim's uncle) at Early Times Station, the distillery is long gone and Early Times is now made by Brown Forman.

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Easy, alluring buttery, maple syrup nose.

Taste:

Corn notes predominate on a youthful palate with bitter burnt/charcoal notes.

Aftertaste:

Bitter, burnt finish with lingering charcoal notes.
