Appearance:
Pale straw colour with bright yellow.
Aroma:
Waxy leaf (banana) with warm sugar/meringue with vanilla extract.
Taste:
Sweet entry into a creamy vanilla and black pepper with strawberry and Brazil nut notes.
Aftertaste:
Roasted vegetal, nutty – a touch smoky on the finish.
