A bitter digestive liqueur that originated in the 16th century and was commercialised in 1850 by a Swedish doctor under the name Elixir du Suédois (the Swedish Elixir). Dolin created their own formula for the good doctor's cure-all and this is made with botanicals including myrrh, gentian and orange
