A blend of three island rums from the West Indies Rum Distillery of Barbados, the Saint Aubin Distillery of Mauritius, and the Rum Co. of Fiji. This rum's name refers to the three rums' journey across the Atlantic, South Pacific and Indian Oceans to France for blending and a second ageing period.

As with other Plantation rums, the blend is double-aged with the second ageing period in French oak casks in southwest France.

Launched September 2023.

Review and Tasting

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Vanilla fudge, overripe banana, cigar leaf, liquorice, new leather, and beeswax.

Taste:

Butterscotch, vanilla fudge, cigar leaf, roasted monkey nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, and black pepper.

Aftertaste:

Delicately spicy, mocha coffee, vanilla fudge and cinnamon.

Overall:

Full-bodied and generously flavoured but mellowed by subtle sweetness. Too easy to sip!
