Lucano Amaro Zero° is alcohol-free amaro.
Adapted from the original Amaro Lucano to maintain complex herbal flavours but without the alcohol.
Ingredients
Water, sugar, herbal extracts and infusions, caramelised sugar, acidifier: citric acid, sodium chloride, preservatives: E202, E211.

Appearance:
Clear, coppery amber.
Aroma:
Herbal (particularly rosemary) and rooty with subtle zesty orange.
Taste:
Bittersweet with caramel, quinine, thyme, rosemary, liquorice, aniseed, citrus and chamomile.
Aftertaste:
Pine and cola-like notes emerge in a finish which continues the palate.
Overall:
While not as intense as classic alcoholic Amaro Lucano, this alcohol-free alternative has complexity and depth of flavour.
