Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Powerful, fragrant nose with strong sugar cane aromas and subtle lavender and strawberry.
Taste:
(hydrated to 40%) The palate has sweet cane flavours with black peppery spirit notes and faint passion fruit flavours.
Aftertaste:
Cracked black peppery finish with faint sweet cane flavours.
