Fragata is a fourth-generation family-owned company located in the heart of Andalusia, Spain, where the olives are expertly grown and prepared. The region's abundant sunshine creates the ideal climate for olives, which are harvested from late September through December, depending on the variety.

Manzanilla olives are a popular cocktail garnish and the brine of these olives is also used, particularly in Martinis.
