Appearance:

(sample bottle BBE May/17) Clear, golden amber with retentive white lead and moderate lacing.

Aroma:

Malty and biscuit with fried donut, citrusy and piney hops, and attractive orchard fruit.

Taste:

Bitter pine resin hops sit perfectly with bready malt, and ripe apple and pear fruit.

Aftertaste:

Lingering moderately bitter pine hops and brown bread.

Overall:

Very quaffable with a cleansing citrusy hops that while bitter and not overly so, in perfect kilter with fruit bready malt.
