Review and Tasting

Sampled on 18/04/2017

Appearance:

(sample bottle best before 15/Jun/17) Hazy, golden amber with a retentive thick off-white head and heavy lacing.

Aroma:

Pine and zesty grapefruit hops with wheat bread malt and faint ripe mango.

Taste:

Medium-bodied. Assertive but not overly bitter pine and zesty orange hops and good bready maltiness with ripe mango and passion fruit.

Aftertaste:

Zesty citrus and pine hop bitterness with light bready notes.

Overall:

Attractive topical fruitiness hides behind assertive bitter pine and zesty orange hops with underlying wheat bread maltiness. Well-balanced (not overly bitter) and refreshing.
