Appearance:

Clear, deep burgundy red with shades of brown.

Aroma:

Pungent berry, pine resins and cracked black pepper.

Taste:

Bittersweet and herbal with mirto berry fruit and drying red wine-like tannins. Somewhat medicinal in style but this is medicine you'll want to drink.

Aftertaste:

Red berry fruit and red wine with pine and tannin bitterness.
